RETURN & REFUND POLICY – TRAINING COURSES
1. Nature of the Product
All courses sold by Animated Dollz Academy are professional training services. Enrolment
includes immediate access to digital pre-course learning materials and reservation of a place on a
scheduled in-person training course.
2. Commencement of Service
By completing a purchase, the learner expressly agrees that the training service begins
immediately upon enrolment through access to pre-course materials and allocation of training
resources. Once access is provided, the service is deemed to have commenced.
3. Refunds & Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once a service has begun
with the consumer’s consent. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable once access to
course materials has been granted, regardless of non-attendance, change of mind, personal
circumstances, or failure to complete the course. This includes deposits, booking fees, and full
course payments.
4. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the course, late arrival, or early departure does not entitle the learner to a refund,
credit, or compensation.
5. Transfers & Rescheduling
At the academy’s discretion, a one-time transfer to an alternative course date may be offered where
sufficient notice is provided. Transfers are subject to availability, are non-refundable, not
guaranteed, and may incur an administration fee.
6. Course Changes or Cancellation by the Academy
In the unlikely event that Animated Dollz Academy cancels a course, learners will be offered an
alternative course date or a refund of the unused in-person training portion only. No liability is
accepted for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or related costs.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By enrolling, learners acknowledge that digital materials are accessed immediately and training
places are reserved. Any chargeback raised contrary to this policy will be challenged using proof of
access, timestamps, and accepted terms.
8. Agreement
By completing a purchase, the learner confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this
policy and agree that the course is non-refundable once materials are accessed. This policy forms
part of the legally binding training agreement
